Shipping Policy Guidelines
- Return Policy:
If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement when you notify us within 30 days of delivery. The refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. For a refund of purchase price, items must be in new condition, and returned in original shipping container/s. In order to return your product, please contact us via email at: sales@highcaliberknives.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RNA). All products that are accepted for return, which we determine are not defective, used or non-re-stockable, will be charged a 20% per item restocking fee plus the penalty of the merchant fee of 2.9% of the total transaction (includes purchase price, handling fee and sales tax (if collected)). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be complete with parts, accessories, manuals, etc. Products with defects caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or not reading and adhering to operating instructions are not covered under this policy. We will refund shipping costs on items that are determine to be defective. All returns must be received within 10 days of return authorization. Return Authorization is not allowed after 30 days.
Please note: Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds / Credits will be made only after the item has been inspected and verified to be in 100% re-sellable condition.

Please be sure to provide us with order number/s, your name and address and the detailed specifics of what was or was not shipped so we can solve the problem as quickly as possible.
If the error was ours we will issue a RNA and accept return of the order (and pay the return shipping costs) and either cancel your order (and return all monies collected) or correct the order and ship it to you. Unauthorized Re-Stockable:
Products and/or orders accepted for return within our return policy will be assessed a 50% processing and restocking fee plus the penalty of the merchant fee of 2.9% of the total transaction. The balance of the purchase fee will be returned. No shipping fees will be refunded.

Authorized Or Unauthorized Non-Restockable Items:
Accepted for return by us will be assessed a 70% damaged item processing fee and will be discarded or will be returned to the customer at customer's expense. This includes products determined by us to be damaged when out of control of High Caliber Knives or one of our authorized freight carriers. The balance of the purchase fee will be returned. No shipping fees will be refunded.

Defective Goods:
If the ordered item is defective (not the result of shipping damage) contact the manufacturer (see the manufacturer's warranty page) and follow the there procedures and/or requirements. Or you may return the item/s for a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Limits:
We ship anywhere in the United States. If you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, please select UPS Air as your shipping option. Also, please note that if you want to use UPS shipping, they cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office). Please use a physical address with this shipping option or select USPS.
Most orders are shipped within 1 – 3 days of ordering. Please plan accordingly, however, please allow up to seven days for shipment. If you need an item by a specific date (i.e. birthdays or gifts) please mention this in the comments section of your order and every effort will be made to comply. (Note: Select the appropriate shipping method that will come closest to your needs, all we can do is expedite from our warehouse). See Shipping Information.

Shipment Delays:
High Caliber Knives and our freight carriers make every effort to assure timely delivery of all orders. On occasion shipments can be delayed due to peak seasonal demand, weather conditions, acts and conditions beyond the control of us and our freight carriers. For these reasons we cannot be held responsible for shipment delays and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges due to these circumstances.
Orders placed between Noon Friday and Noon Monday are not processed until Monday. The shipping companies don't pick up on the weekend and our suppliers are closed.

Back Ordered Items:
Back–ordered items will be shipped once they return to our stock. You will be notified if an item is out of stock and ask you whether you want to back-order the item or if you desire an immediate refund. If for some reason, the back-order extends beyond 30 days or if it exceeds the anticipated ship date we will automatically cancel your order and refund your money. Your credit card will not be charged until shipment.
In some cases order items that are no longer in stock will be discontinued. When this happens we will make every effort to locate that item somewhere else. You will be notified that the ordered item will be removed from the order and all funds paid for that item will be refunded.

Sales Tax:
We collect State Sales Tax only if you reside in the State of Nevada. This sales tax applies not only to the purchase price of the product, but also on our SERVICE of shipping/handling. This SERVICE includes, but is not limited to, packaging, postage and shipping. Therefore sales tax must be calculated on the total of the merchandise plus shipping/handling charges.

Damaged Products:
High Caliber Knives DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY OF DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER THREE DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS - OPEN YOUR PACKAGE AND INSPECT UPON RECEIPT.
If Package shows any sign of exterior damages such as holes, punctures indentation or crushed please contact freight carrier for inspection and or claim before contacting us (See Goods Damaged During Shipment). If there is a concealed damage please contact us for an RNA (remember the contact regarding damaged goods must be within 3 days of receipt).
Carefully repack the item(s) with all instructions and documentation in its original packaging, be sure to write your Return
Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package and mail or ship it back, prepaid, Ground UPS or priority US Mail. Following the inspection of the items, High Caliber Knives will promptly replace the item, if still available, (High Caliber Knives will contact you in this case for final disposition) and refund standard (non-express) shipping costs on items that we determine to be defective.

Shipping Charges:
Be aware prior to authorizing an order that some Shipping & Handling charges may exceed the cost of the product(s)
ordered. Dependent on the item(s) amount, value or nature of the items sent, or area of delivery, some orders will be sent with "signature required" or "adult signature required" and will not be left at the shipping address. You agree to be responsible for being present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and or restocking fees will be charged.
Note: The free shipping offer does not apply to any additional charges for extra large, bulky and heavy orders and / or out of the ordinary delivery charges that may be charged due to inaccessibility of the delivery address. You agree to be responsible for any of these additional shipping and handling fees the freight carrier may impose. Nor does it apply to any return shipping costs.
In the unlikely event an order is to heavy or to large to ship via UPS or USPS you will be notified of estimated shipping/handling fees prior to completing your order we will provide you with an estimated shippers fees. Following this notification and by placing your order you are authorizing High Caliber Knives to modify the amount charged to include shipping costs to your credit card. Should your credit card company decline the additional charges you authorize us to recharge your credit card for these shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we are only human and errors creep into our web site unintentionally. We apologize for this in advance. We will correct those as they are identified. If the error could have reasonably caused an incorrect order to be placed, we will correct the situation. We are the final decision maker on this.

Customer Order Agreement:
By making a purchase from us at this online store you have acknowledged that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in our company's customer order agreement, return policy, product warranty & suitability and purchaser responsibility agreement. In the event you refuse the delivery of your order(s) or are not present to receive your order(s) or cancel your order after it has left our facility, you authorize High Caliber Knives to charge a handling fee of 20% of the merchandise total plus the penalty of the merchant fee of 2.9% of the total transaction and that you accept all responsibility for shipping charges incurred. All orders are subject to a shipping charge, unless total value of the order exceeds $200.00 then Shipping is Free (USPS Priority mail only).
