It took a fire fighter with a genius for knife design to conceive this feature-rich rescue knife. And Rick Hinderer did himself proud. He’s integrated some of the most important features a fire fighter will need. Even while wearing turn-out gloves, using this knife will not be an issue. The knife has larger, beefier features and mechanisms built-in.

The blade of this Gerber knife has a safety tip, a notched thumb rest, and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The finger grooved red handle, has dual liners, slide lock, safety hook cutter, oxygen tank wrench, and lanyard hole with window punch. A metal pocket clip is mounted at the pivot end of this Gerber knife, and a nylon sheath with tool kit is included.
